Steps to Cancel Your Shopify Account:
Step 1: Login and go to Account Settings
Loggin into your account. Go to Settings > Account from the admin panel. Choose Close Store at the Rightmost bottom.
Step 2: Fill the Reason
A new window pops up and asks you to fill the reason. Provide an appropriate reason from the drop-down list.
Step 3: Proceed Confirmation
You can confirm it.
Note: You can pause the account instead of closing the account. Here only the checkout process will be disabled.
