Method 1:
- Contact FedEx at the service number
(800) 463-3339
FedEx service number
- It will take you to IVR service to follow the voice and choose “address change”.
- Note: IVR will ask for a (type of change is “delivery), tracking number, or door-tag number.
- That will take to a service person. He will ask for your FedEx account number to provide it.
- Provide the change of address now. Don’t forget to give a phone number.
- If the address is nearby then FedEx will not charge. If it is major address changes they will charge you for that. The fee details you can ask from the service person.
- The address get changed now but before delivery, it is better to change the details in FedEx.

If you are on any vacation. And Supposed to arrive primary address in few days. Then don’t change the address. Call to the service and ask you to hold the product in Final the Delivery hub. They will hold for a few days in the hub which you requested and you can collect from them.
