How to Fix Fire Stick Alexa not properly loading music problem

Steps to check whether it is a hardware problem:

1. Check volume:

Check once the volume maybe it is in mute. If not muted then follow the other steps.

2. Check cable connections.

• Ensure once whether your HDMI or optical connectors are plugged in.
• Confirm there is no breakage or fraying in the connection cable.
• Overturn the ends of the cable.
• Try using an alternate HDMI cable.

Steps to check whether it is a hardware problem:

1. Check the Audio setting Fire Stick / Amazon Fire TV

Turn off Dolby Digital Plus which may fix your issue. For that on your Amazon Fire TV or Fire Stick

1. Go to Settings –> Display & Sounds –> Audio –> Dolby Digital Output.
2. Turn OFF Dolby Digital Plus.

2. Restart the certain music App:

1. Go to the Fire TV home page.
2. Select Settings –> Applications –> Manage Installed Applications.

3. Find and select the app (Pandora, Tubi, etc)

4. Select Force Close option. For Example, here I’m trying force stop Youtube. You can try with Pandora or any other.

5. Launch a certain app again.

3. Update your software

Ensure that are you having the Latest operating system. That will helps to experience the music of the app which you trying to launch.

1. From the Fire TV home page, go to Settings– > System –> About.

2. Select Software Version — > Check for System Update.

4. Delete and Reinstall the App

1. From the Fire TV home page, select Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications.
2. Find and select the music app (Tubi, Pandora, etc).
3. Select the Uninstall option.

4. Go to Apps and reinstall the particular app.
