View Count Is Stuck Youtube issue

Are you facing the below issue in your youtube?

ISSUE EXPLANATION:

” On the YouTuber studio, the views count is stuck, even it has been viewed more than the views display. Even if you checked with your friends and neighbour to see the video after that also the view count remains the same without any increment. But if I checked in analytics it shows the higher views.”

The above issue is reported by most of the people in in Youtube forum. Additionally, if you placed your cursor on the graph it shows that the” Data temporarily unavailable“. Image shows below.

If you select a particular video and check the video analysis in the youtube studio. There in the Realtime activity, it shows the error message.

Bars represent the number of views in each minute or hour. The view count is an estimate when first reported and may be adjusted over time as the data becomes more refined.

How to Fix the issue:

First of all, you need to the issue if from our side or from Youtube.

1. Go to Google Analytics. Login to your Account
2. Choose Admin settings

3. Choose Tracking info under the property.

4. The list get expanded. Choose Tacking Code

The New panel gets open. In that check whether you can able to see the tracking id. And Check the status is active are not.

If the tracking id is available and Staus is active there is no problem from our side. The problem has to be fixed from Youtube service. I will tell how to intimate the issue to youtube.(Explanation below in this article)

If tracking number not available then you need to create a new one and add it to your account.

How to intimate the issue to Youtube Support Team?

1. Go to your Youtube Studio.

2. A Pop-up window will arise. There you can type the issue which you are facing.

3. Also, you can attach the screenshot with highlighting the issue. For that Choose “Click to highlight or hide info”.

4. Highlight the issue area. You can also take screenshot highlight of Views count spot.

5. Proceed with Done option.

6. Screenshot Attached now. You can send it by choosing a send option.
