As I said earlier VaultSvc is provided by the lsass.exe program of Windows Server 2012. If we remove it there is a possibility of causing the issue in Windows 2012 Server.
In another way, we can say that it saves usernames and passwords for many sites you visit. This login information is used to restore the fields when you return to that specific site.
Credential Manager is a Win32 service and vaultsvc.dll process is safe. Removing VaultSvc is dangerous because the programs on your computer need it must work properly.
Instead of removing you can restore to default startup configuration for Credential Manager.
sc config VaultSvc start= demand
the above steps will help you to rectify the file from changed, damaged or deleted credential manger.
And you can check the vaultsvc.dll file which is located in the %WinDir%\System32 folder.
I hope you have understood the whole world of VaultSvc. If you face any other specific complaint on it. Let us know the command below.
